Truly a carnivore's and hunter's dream: A burger - a top notch burger place - serving unusual wild game burgers. This place is awesome. Check out their menu: ostrich, rabbit, gator and even kangaroo. This will make the antis heads explode. All their offerings are mind blowing - from the five pickle options for your burgers (all made in house), the fresh bread for buns, and various specialty drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The Red Velvet Milkshake, young William Johnson was astute enough to order, deserves special mention.
At lunch there was a line, this is mid-week on a rainy day - a long line - snaking through the restaurant and out to the door. A surprising distance actually, a surprising number of people loving the wild game. We had the elk and buffalo, and it was really a treat. No I don't own stock in the company, it was completely a hit and miss random stumbling on a great place.
I think restaurants in all their political correctness ought to heed the message, this country is craving wild game. It is a sure fire hit on any menu.
